SME recently had celebrity chef Guy Fieri perform for one of our clients. According to SME Vice President Fred Meyer, who oversaw the event, "It was one of the best keynote speeches/cooking demos/question & answer sessions I have done since I have been in the corporate business."

Guy performed a cooking demo, talked shop and fielded questions from the sold out audience. He is not your typical chef - his restaurants and style are much different than the normal celeb chefs. In his presentation, Guy was able to mix the content and information provided by keynote speakers with an atmosphere generally reserved for rock shows (as evidenced by fans rushing the stage after the performance).
